The Redpark DEX Cable is used by route drivers in the grocery and vending machine industries. It provides a way to connect iPhone and iPad (Lightning) to a vending machine or to a grocery store’s computer system for direct store delivery (DSD). Warranty 1 Year. Cable Length 50"
Please make sure you have the following for this to work.
1 - The iPhone (or iPad) must have a Lightning connector. (The Lightning connector has been the primary connector for Apple devices since 2012. All iPhones from the iPhone 5 to the iPhone 14 use the Lightning connector. Any iPad made after 2018, or iPhone newer than the iPhone 14 will use the USB-C connector, not the Lightning connector.)
2 - The iPhone must be running iOS 10 or later. (iOS 10 was introduced in 2016.)
3- The MyBusiness App needs to be version 1.0.46 or later. (Earlier versions of the MyBusiness App did not include support for our cable.)
