Gimme Key PRO / Bluetooth DEX **RECOMMENDED**

STANDARD HARDWARE WARRANTY – GIMME DEX KEY Each new Gimme DEX Pro key includes a 24-month hardware warranty that covers defects in workmanship and materials. In the event of a warranty malfunction, the DEX key will be exchanged with a new or refurbished product. The Standard Warranty does not cover accidental damage. Details of the standard warranty: Hardware is warranted for a period of twelve (24) months from the purchase date against defects in workmanship and materials, provided the Hardware remains unmodified and is operated under normal and proper conditions. The Warranty is provided by Gimme. As an extension of the Standard Gimme Warranty, Barcom will stock spare Gimme Keys that will be used as a replacement pool. In the event of a failure during warranty period, the WD will contact Barcom. Barcom will send the WD a replacement Gimme Key by Next Business Day Shipment. The WD is responsible for return shipping of the defective Gimme Key to Barcom, including return shipping charges. The replacement Gimme Key will be either new or refurbished and will be a permanent replacement. Replacement Gimme Keys are applicable only during the 12-month warranty period and to Gimme Dex Keys purchased from Barcom. The above warranty provisions are not transferrable by an End-User Customer and shall not apply to any Product (i) that has been repaired, tampered with, altered or modified; (ii) to the extent that in Gimme’s sole determination the defects or damage result from misuse, negligence, improper storage, water or other liquids including contamination with bodily fluids; or (iii) that has been subjected to unusual physical or electrical stress, abuse, or accident, or forces or exposure beyond normal use within the specified operational and environmental parameters set forth in the applicable specification. In the event that the Gimme Key returned to Barcom under the Warranty Exchange has been abused, modified or otherwise physically damaged; the WD will be charged the current price of a Gimme Key.
