Please make sure you have the following for this to work.
1 - The iPhone (or iPad) must have a USB-C connector. All phones beginning with the iPhone 15 have a USB-C connector.)
2 - The iPhone must be running iOS 14 or later.
3- The MyBusiness App needs to be version 1.0.46 or later. (Earlier versions of the MyBusiness App did not include support for our cable.)
